There's a strange space between events.
The rush is over... but the next thing hasn't started.
For most people, this is rest.
For ADHD brains, it can feel like limbo.
You're not doing anything wrong. You're just floating between structures.
And floating feels unsafe when your brain needs something to hold onto.
You don't have to fill the gap. You don't have to plan the next thing.
Sometimes the quiet is just... quiet.
Let it be shapeless for a while.
