In a few hours, the year will end.
And everyone will act like something shifts.
New year. New start. New you.
But you'll wake up tomorrow the same person.
Same brain. Same patterns. Same struggles.
That's not sad. That's just true.
Change doesn't happen at midnight. It happens slowly, in small moments you barely notice.
You don't need to feel hopeful tonight. You don't need to set intentions.
You just need to get through it.
And if you want to sleep before midnight... that's okay too.
