The pressure to begin is loud right now.
New habits. Fresh starts. Big plans.
But your brain doesn't reset with the calendar.
And that's okay.
You can start things in February. Or March. Or never.
There's no deadline for becoming who you want to be.
Today, just exist. That's enough of a beginning.
